I tried each house and Iona was the cutest , you should make them separate also make them a little taller. I did notice that their heads and bodies were separate a black line between each.

The Housecarl for Riften has a Kajjitt tail and I can't make her a follower. I also found Lydia right outside of Markarth and she has an echo/spacey voice and can only insult (I can't make her follow me either, although this is probably because she died twice on that character [via commands]). Are these some weird glitch? Or is it an icompatibilty with a mod that I'm using?

I have the same problem. But for me it took a while but now Lydia is nowhere to be found. She is gone. Setting follower count to 0 doesn't even help when I return to Breezehome. I fear that either this mod is bugged or Skyrim itself.

Console command to bring her back: a2c94.moveto player
or goto jail. Fast travel does NOT bring her back nor does setting the follower count to 0 and entering your house. Thank god for consoles.
