Remove all mods except this one it's all you need

It won't launch my game with this glorious mod loaded. What can I do to fix that?

That could do it depending on how the modder made it

what about a mod that effects my first person camera

If you have any mods that modify NPCs races or any part of the characters this mod will usually not wrok,
from what you say it sounds like it's working but only a little, that can be caused by physics, animation, or movement mods in general, and also just happens sometimes somedays it works a lot other days I can barly see it so I'd just try it random days.
also since it's exploiting a glitch it may be more or less effective depending on how your computer runs it.

None of that is helpful I realise so sorry but basiclly theres lots of factors so it's pretty random results.

sorry i tried getting this to work but it wouldnt i tried spawning more npcs in to see if it would work better but spawned in npcs were effected by the mod even less do you know how i can get it to work

and nope I don't think theres really anything else to it but you should be careful not to make yours to much like the one RLSD made

I tested what you said and it didn't work, but I can't complain cuz I still had a great time fightening the citizens of skyrim as I went around without a head

I feel, I had a character who usually does the right thing but I killed him with that one to show just how much said character hatesd him

I have no idea whats wrong with it, I havent had that problem or heard of it happening with this mod before
it's also technically an extreemly simple mod so theres only one part that could go wrong and it's not broken on mine.

Honestly only possible thoery I have at this point is that I have windows 10 and it's of course notorius for causeing compatablity issues in absolutly everything, even between two windows 10 computers.

if you don't have the DLC's that might also interfere

sometimes Skyrim dowloads the mods but forgets to enable them, check to see if it's active

any mod that alters character animations may interfere

or load order

If I'm subscribing to a mod I want it done when i get it so that's how I make mine.

it shouldn't do that, It makes characters go full pysics and just Flop around with your movements
