Found out why it may not work. You probably have another addon with a file named spider-man.mdl or something similar. Uninstall any other Spider-Man PMs you have other than The Spider-Man Web of Shadows PM Pack (The one that includes 50+ PMs) if you have it, then resubscribe to this! Should fix it for you!
