Hey there. I really like the mod, but I'm finding that +200% population growth is causing my pops to go faster than my economy can keep up with. Can you advise me on how I might adjust pop growth alone to just a +100% bonus? Cheers!

does this make everything go faster because i dont want the end game threats to come at the same time as the unaltered game that would be unfair i just want every aspect of the game faster so i dont spend 20+ hours on one game

The entire mod except research speed won't work for me, but I find it works for the AI so now I am at huge disadvantage as I ran into all AI which are atleast 2x my size.

If ther is someone i have problem .200% bonus to ship building speed & 200% bonus to ship building speed , Dont work for me i disabled all mods to test where is problem but still no bonus speed . On tech screan in reserched this to tech have blank txt box

yeah , i am supposed to have extra 100 speed boost on serious stuff, and they go like "tick tock tick tock" and i am like, "moooveeee mafaka"

to be a action player rather than a strategy player, i guess i should have to wait, but oh wait, 6 hours have passed already, and yet i cant even build a good fleet or army

this mod would be neat for 2.2 , tho, in this update is waay faster and less tedious,
we want sum fun too XD

I'd be happy being able to go from 'fast' to 'fastest' and it's actually... FAST OR FASTEST and not "oh it's .1% faster I guess". I'd like months to tick by in seconds at the fastest.

Updated for 2.0 but I haven't done any real testing or looking into 2.0 to see if there are new things that should be sped up as well. I did start a new game and verify the techs are in place and seem to be working. Let me know if you see any issues or new gameplay elements that should be sped up.

In my opinion, 200% bonus for research is TOO much, it would be better to have 100% bonus, also, removing the penalties for research for number of planets is too game breaking. Also, the mod should decrease the MTTH for fallen empires awakening and for end-game crisis, since both will be pointless if you are already uberpowered in tech compared to what you should be on a normal game.

per colony research penalty being removed is a cheat for wide empires

i generally play tall and it took me quite some time to actually pull ahead of the wide empires when normally without the mod i'm rolling in tech

I second reducing the research bonus, right now I'm using a bunch of seperate mods and I would just use this instead except I don't like the research speed to be so fast, just a small increase would be nice.

Is, is it possible to make a slightly less fast version? I'd like a +100% or +150% research speed version. Right now feels almost too fast in terms of research. Everything else is amazing though.

Speeding up late game might be doable with ship upgrade speed increase and nerfs to the absurd cost of the upgrade, otherwise ship flight speed, in and out of combat, possibly firerate aswell are factors that really slow late game down for me, if I'm going the conquest through murder route atleast. eventually it seriously gets cheaper to suicide your current fleet and rebuild it from scratch, 10 years ingame time to upgrade is far too long, just suggestions, as i have sadly been unable to enjoy a conquest game to the end for mostly just how slow late game is

Yes. The purpose of the mod is to speed up overall gameplay for all (human and AI players) not to be a cheat mod.

Even with this mod and a couple hundred hours in the game I've still never finished a game, it just gets too bogged down in the mid to late game and at max speed everything still takes forever and seems to go nowhere fast. I enjoy the beginning and early middle quite a bit though.

Should be, I'll look into it later tonight. If any of you are into modding and can find the modifier I need to change for this (like spaceport_ship_build_speed_mult for example) that would help.

Now that Machine Empires are a thing, is it possible for them to get a tech with +200% Robot Build speed, so they effectively have the same boost as organics?
