This mod will no longer be updated as 1.5 cornflakes patch solves the issue.

I am planning to update my mods in the weekend; after Paradox releases that most likely hotfix patch. But this one pretty simple. It most probably would work right away. Don't bother with exclamation mark.

@pompelmo - love your mod; it makes Germany playable!!! Not to sound too impatient, but when will a 1.4 update be avslible? Do you have a timeframe?

Yes it is possible. It has a different icon in the original in fact, but to do that you have to mess with a major file which brings all sort of compatibility issues with other mods. This is the most simple solution.

Thnak you!!! I love that I can now build synthetic rubber plants. . . is it possible to have a slightly different icon? It is very confusing in the production when you are queaud to build oil and rubber and they are the same icon - even a different colour, like the civilian and military factories would be a huge help!!!

You are right. But this way it is much simpler to adapt and messes less with game balance.

The Reason the original mod, makes you search them seperately, is because that is how it really was, first they found oil and started using it, then war came along and governments started funding all kinds of research projects, in an attempt to get an edge, some of them got lucky and found cool things you could do with many things one of them being making syn rubber, using oil. so it was two different projects.

It is not an issue about the mod, it is a problem with your installation.

- Unsubscribe then resubscribe.
- If that doesn't work, delete your Hearts of Iron IV folder in your Documents/Paradox Interactive folder.
- Last option: uninstall then re-install your game.

The mod should work with version 1.0.1 without problems.
