it looks pretty neat, but there's some things you gotta work on:

-the textures are a fair bit too blocky at some points. a bit of anti-aliasing wouldnt hurt
-the cockpit and the thruster could use some modelling work
-the underside looks a bit weird with that texture

i don't know much about modelling or texturing, but i'm sure the ship would look even better with a few improvements! keep it up
