Ukrainians aren't "Russians of the borderlands" - it's just Moscow propaganda.
"Kraina" means "Country" in Ukrainian and "U" = "In". So Ukraina means "In Country"
And Ukrainians had never been "Russians" - Ukrainians are Ruthenians.

does the mod still work on 1.5? i tend to have multiple colonies, so having not to worry about campfire wood, and food was real neat...

I have released my own version of this mod @ https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3310027356 -- it's the same idea and based on this mod, but unlike the pure 1.5 port linked below, this one intends to be actively maintained by yours truly. (i.e. it will have bug fixes and new features added.)

I hope Fluffy is ok, this creator is one of the reasons why this game had so much replayability, even now after years, I use his mods alot.
