Just Subscribe, it should download automatically.

If it doesn't show in game, you may try a fix that worked for me:
- Exit game
- unsubscribe from anything you aren't using or are unlikely to use
*** there seems to be a limit on how many blueprints can be loaded in game
***idk what the limit is.
- once your subscriptions are thinned, try subscribing to this

If that doesn't work (and you've thinned out your subscriptions):
- make a collection of your subscribed items
- unsubscribe all & then subscribe all (sort of a reset)
- wait until Steam is done downloading
- start new game or load an existing save
- press F2 & all subscribed items should show
