@Saxon Ward what do you mean, the file or the secnario itself? If you mean the latter, see below, as I already explained the mission is not single player compatible and will hence not show up in the "Scenarios" listing.

It has to be started in multiplayer. In Theory you might be able to play with only one team, but I wouldn't really recommend it.

Multiplayer in the sense that there must be two or more players, or in the sense that it has to be started as a server but can still be played as one person?

You need to host it on a server, either a dedicated server or host your own game. The mission is not single player compatible, I recommend at the very least three people (one for each team), but getting the full 10 players is best.

No, the problem is that it's not singleplayer compatible. I usually write "(SP/COOP XX)" when a mission can be played single player, unfortunately I couldn't really find a way to make it work for this mission since there are too many roles to fill.

Do they have the required addons? (FHQ Accessories and FHQ Weapons)?
Do they actually see your game? You might need to enable UPNP for a locally hosted game to be broadcast over your router.
