As close as this hat is to the Katyusha, I much prefer it on Pyro.

And while a lot of people are mistaking it for a Soviet pilot hat (the Katyusha), the hat you've made here is a very distinct tank reference, in line with the ISU-152. And I very much approve of it.

I'm quite sure the creator of Katyusha won't make it all-class, and this seems to have much better quality, not like it still wasn't a problem for 2 almost indentical hats to exist

As the russian tanker/pilot hat already exist in TF2 under the name of Katyusha, it's far better to make it multi-class, rather than approving this.
