Can you make one with the stock handguard,i used this rifle myself when i served in afgan and it gives it a really authentic, sleek look without the rails. Very good job on the detailing though!

I think I found the source of the complaints regarding the grippod being "too shiny": in the VMT material parameters, envmaptint is at [0.1 0.1 0.1], which seems to be a bit high for something supposed to be a polymer material. When I experimented with reducing this to [0.01 0.01 0.01], it looked a lot better and more convincing as far as reflectivity is concerned.

I meant the grippod. It has reflection/gloss isues, especially in the dark.

It's not made of plastic, it's metal. Only the grip and cheek rest are plastic.

Has an egregious gloss problem. It's made of plastic, but it glows like it's metal.
