On the mod itself: I still want to do more updates eventually, but I've been taking a bit of a (very extended) break from modding. Sorry!
Early warning announcement here. War of the Chosen is being launched with a new shader system, as some of you have no doubt noticed with the propaganda center demo, and any customization mod that wants to be compatible with it will need to be updated with the new shader. according to what i've been told, it's a fairly quick fix, but it is necessary for it to work with the expansion. spread the word!
I suppose it's time for a (non-content) update:
I lost a bit of steam with this mod during the modelling of the (admittedly still low quality) Zaku-II set. I'd initally hoped to attach the model to the SPARK skeleton with no modifications, but that didn't end up going as planned, leading to the torso/arms only model we have now.
Now, for a future planning update. Quick note, this isn't a promise of an update anytime soon.
After the SDK is reinstalled I'm going to start trying to work on more SPARK parts. However, due to the skeleton most future models will be modified (in most cases only lightly) from their source material to match the SPARK skeleton.
Again, this isn't a promise of constant updates, but a few parts might trickle through here and there. If all goes well, however, within the next few months an entire SPARK set should be released.
requests: Rx-79 GM + other GM variants, Red/pink Pallete swap for the zaku (for red comet), and pretty much any other Zeon suits from 0079-0083
Keep up the good work mate, this is quickly becoming one of my favourite mods on the workshop
On 40k parts, I've been (slowly) working on trying to force the spark legs into a more human shape for things like Space Marine Dreadnoughts, and the idea of adding Adeptus Astartes could be a nice addition if I can get the legs to look good enough in different shapes.
[Query]: What kind of robots are you thinking of adding next?, some 40k Space marine parts (considering sparks are about the right size to be Adeptus Astartes) would be incredible.
