Brilliant use of the conveyor belt - possibly better than even Valve ever used it. Fantastic job :p2orange:

great work, glad you had some saves in there :o)

Great map!

Pretty easy, I hate time involved puzzles, because I tend to be clumsy in terms of incorporating my ides into movement of player lol. This wasn't too bad though. I prefer calm and hard logic puzzles though. Just a personal preference.

I Rynx I, to use Hammer you need to install Portal 2 Authoring Tools Beta that is in the tools tab of your Steam library. The tool is quite complex, so I would recommend reading some guides. You can start with this one: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=668125032

Loo-Kin besides the guide for Portal 2, no?
Loo-Kin  [author] 1 Dec, 2018 @ 6:05am
I Rynx I, it was created with Hammer World Editor . You can find some installation and usage guides in Portal 2 Guides section.

Interesting gel use.

Not funny when adjust the times and you place a lot of ways to die, this is a puzzle game, not a super mario.

not solved yet, but, I like your style :)

Thanks for the info. I guess that also explains why you left out the glowing orange light textures at each end of the conveyor. The last time I tried that I had orange sections moving all the way along.
Loo-Kin  [author] 10 Sep, 2015 @ 11:44pm
Skyferret, there are invisible brushes (func_illusionary) with lights/white008 texture above every conveyor section (func_tracktrain). Actually, I made this conveyor by decompiling official Valve map and adding more sections to increase length.
Skyferret 10 Sep, 2015 @ 7:20pm
Awesome looking BTS. I know paint wont stick to prop_dynamic, but it will stick to a brush. The last time I made a conveyor by texturing func_tracktrain, or a parented func_brush, the sections would maintain the lighting info when the map spawns. This means I would see sections moving that were dark and light. So I'm wondering if you put a light entity above every section, or is there some other method?

Loo-Kin How Do You Actualy Take Away The Portal Gun?
Thomas 13 Jun, 2014 @ 3:28pm
That would be great!
Loo-Kin  [author] 13 Jun, 2014 @ 2:01am
Possibly never. WOPG mappack development is suspended now. Sad but true :rshocked:
But if you want, I can publish some maps that I made so far.
Thomas 12 Jun, 2014 @ 10:08pm
When is the actual map or maps going to come out. This has been out for quite some time and isn't this a demo?

i don't think that conveyor is new because it is already in the game just before excursion funnel and elevator shaft to wheatley's lair.

Nice series and I love this map in particular. My one complaint is the random walls passing by in the end. I'm not much of a fan of that, but I liked both uses of gel on the conveyor.
Petutski 16 Mar, 2014 @ 8:36pm
Nice map. However, using buttons to create the portals, in my opinion, reduces the dynamism of placing portals, and replaces it with timing challenges. Sort of changes the idea of the whole portal game.

The Without Portalgun maps are the best maps I've seen in a while.
Edjentheous Ovedheadrascal 25 Oct, 2013 @ 3:37pm
I love the- wall only where you need them style.
Electronic Girl 27 Apr, 2013 @ 8:41pm
I love the concept, but the portal options seem to take away something from what this test could be... I feel that only having a few possible portal placements to choose from changes this from a thinking "What do I do" test into a "Press the right button t the right time" test... just my 2 cents though

I liked the map generally, but I was completely lost when you had to play with the blue goo. There was absolutely no indication where you were supposed to be going next. I naturally assumed I'd have to reach the far end of the conveyor belt, so I spent much time first trying to figure out how to use blue gel to move forward. Only after that I started to look for other possible routes, but there was no indication where to go next. Also, for some reason you didn't bounce off the blue gel. At least, I didn't. At first, I took that as a sign that i wasn't fast enough, and thus that it was designed so that you couldn't make it in time. Again I looked around for possible directions I could be heading towards, and didn't find any, and then decided to focus on bouncing backwards with blue gel. Just so happens, after jumping to funnel I saw the exit. I like maps better where you know where you are supposed to go, and all that you have to figure out is how to get there.
No Name #9 10 Feb, 2013 @ 2:04pm
Best of the three. The blue goo bit was a lot easier than it looked.
herbusmc 10 Dec, 2012 @ 8:48pm
Nice original use of blue gel on the conveyor
Torchiest 17 Nov, 2012 @ 5:53pm
Well crafted. Took me a minute to figure out where to go at the end, but great design in terms of making it feel like a random chunk of the giant facility.
JR 1 Nov, 2012 @ 7:40am
Nicely done...not really my cup 'O tea, missing the portal gun and all, but well designed and entertaining.
Duncan From Under The Bridge 25 Oct, 2012 @ 12:25pm
fantastic

Cool idea. Getting the blue paint just right is a little fiddly, though.

Very nice.

Tres bonne salle pas trop longue ni trop courte, on comprend assez vite ce qu'il faut faire même si ce n'est pas évident tout de suite . Le plus dur reste a reussir a le faire il faut un peu de rapidite et un bon toming.

i think the more levels come the better it gets. first was lame only a sad room (maybe mapping skills where not got enough at that point ? second was tricky, but anyone can figure out what to done, the area looks better and now the third is very big and you had to guess what you are supposed to do
Omegamario 13 Jul, 2012 @ 7:57am

Try to beat one of the most difficult maps on the workshop:
https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=78146075
Come play "Cubelessness", you won't find anything like this on the workshop.
A simple test chamber with not so simple puzzles.
If you are looking for one of the most challenging maps on the workshop, look no further and subscribe here.

*UPDATE (29-06-2012): For all those you have played this map before: to this date I have updated the map many times, fixing posible exploits basically, and improving the design and difficulty of the map.
If you have already tried this map but haven't tried the updated version you should give it a try once more, you won't regreat it!
