doesnt work, or at least i dont see any smart beetles and used the destroydinos command. i did use the command to spawn dung beetles. is there a different command to make these ones spawn instead?

I never subscribed to this mod and somehow it installed itself. i found it just now on my mods list. am i being hacked??

I love this MOD, could we get an Aberration update? I also S+ and have no problems, I love this mod for immersion purposes and wish that Ark would update their beetles with the same option!

I've decided to remove this mod cause its incompatible with S+ and it has the rage of a single foundation for collections... >.> Thats the primary reason though. I mean really? One foundation range?

Hi, I know people have asked if this is still working, but I've got my beetle on wonder he picks it up just fine, he's just not turning it in to fertaliser, I have tryed several things that are supposed to fix it but I'm not sure what to do?
PS. yes it it a smart bug we had this loded since we made the server.

They are on wander, got plenty of weight but they dont generate fert :(

hi there! Would it be possible to create a mod that either disables robbing (some birds are stealing really valuable things from us all the time), or that lets you pick/exclude certain dinosaurs from the game? That would be awesome!!

Whats the collection range? Because beetles walk through fences and such when you leave them on wander, thus you need to put them in a player cage when you leave them on wander 24/7 because its the only thing they can't noclip through while you walk away.

Is this mod compatible with extinction core? Kind of afraid to mess up spawns...

Yes, It is well known that they do that. Just pick it up and throw it. That generally works. Punching it in the kisser sometimes helps too. Also you could take it off wander then put it back on wander. It will be a constant struggle to keep them working properly. Apparently the bug is in the vanilla Beetle and just got carried over to the Smart Beetle as well.

Also is not overweight.

has anyone had an issue where it collects 15 medium animal feces and then it stops moving / producing oil / fertilizer?

Have you by chance considered making it so the Dung Beetle picks up Achatina paste as well? I mean it's the Achatina's waste, right? It would really be so helpful. :)

Can't tame the Smart Beetle. Have the poop on "0", have text "press E to give poop" when I press E happens NOTHING!!! (Beetle isn't angry, "DoTame" command also do nothing)

Great immersion feature, should have been how dung beetles work in the first place.

Mod still works - there is an issue in ARK that prevents this as well as the vanilla dung beetle from working after ahilwe.. if you scroll down past all the stupid server adds.. you'll come across some discussion about it.. here's the synopsis:

As mentioned a couple times now:
there is a bug in ARK itself that causes all bettles ( mine and vanilla ones) to stop producing... there are a few things you can do to junp start them: Turn off wander, pick it up, thrown it back down, turn wander back on ( and punch it for its insolence!)

Pretty sure this mod is broke, and it hasn't been updated in months...the author still updating it??

In the description it mentions the new beetles will be called “Wild Smart Dung Beetles” I have installed the mod and wiped all wild dinos yet I do not see the Smart Dung Beetles spawn in. Is there any thing I may be missing?
