how can you get items that are not for sale? can you only buy or obtain items that are for sale on the store page in dota 2?

This is already IN the game.. Cape of the Flameguard. The ONLY thing that is different is the Shoulder Guard. Just, please stop trying Twilight. Please.

I don't care for the spartan model, but other than that the cape is very, very cool. Matches very well with the shoulderguard.

I like the design of the red helmet a lot but I would keep it blue instead. Like others have said it's confusign to alter the color of a character that much. Makes you think he's axe or something.
