Its still in the Ursa Primal Pack, but I really hope its removed from the game. Ursa is supposed to be a raging badass, there's nothing badass about that hat! Give me a 3rd pair of red invoker bracers over that any day.

The thing with tide's squid hat though is that it actually fits his character somewhat. The yodelling bear on the other hand, does not fit.
