The problem is most likely that you have too many mods installed, try uninstalling mods that you no longer use.

@Mega I plan to not release an update until after I play around with the new features. The next mod update will be chocked full of new things, and I plan to utilize the new features coming with 1.18. As for the 'more special nations' I do plan on adding unique nations for each tech group.

This vaguely reminds me of the Leviathan Book and sequels.You should add more special nations like Britannia, like a steampowered version for Austria.

Btw what do you plan to do when EUIV is updated for the new DLC? The tech is changed pretty drastically.

Explain. Is the mod crashing? Is it not affecting any files? If it looks like it's not effecting any files, that's because there's pratically nothing in the mod as of yet. There are three new tech groups, formable Britannia, and three new units. That's pretty much it on Steam, I've been working on an update for a bit, and I promise it'll be worth the wait.

I have had a problem with getting this mod to work. I try using it without any other mods and yet it does not show anything changed in the game. The only thing that shows is the intro with the Alternis Universalis loading screen. Am I doing something wrong?

@acam12 as Dingo has already stated, magic is somewhat lacking, however it allows a +50% tech cost! Yeah, it isn't exactly the best yet.

Steam makes stuff 50% cheaper.

So I switched to the Magic tech and so far nothing special has happened. I just keep falling further behind my neighbors because of the extra tech cost. What exactly does magic do?
