ah i was wondering what happened. Saw the red sign on my launcher and thought "i never got rid of any mods", lo and behold steam screwed u lol

My bad, the issue is not with great projects , but with the castle in province. If you are removing a castle you can build as many as you want.

It seems it does not work for provinces with great projects in them. Works in all others but not in provinces with wonders

i was wondering if you might be able to make an updated version of "No tech requirement for forming countries" as its like this mod you have made except it removes the country tech requirement for forming nations.

It looks like AIM added new provinces in its new updates, so thats why it doesnt work with my mod anymore. They both change the terrain file and EU4 doesn't really have load orders like good mod managers do.

Copy this file: https://we.tl/t-WNEs4OEGwS into Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\236850\1323083978\map and overwrite the previous terrain file.

Should work. Back up the old terrain file if you don't want the extra building slots or it doesn't work

It should be updated... hmm. I will try to look at it. Unfortunately the new launcher is horrible for modders. Its very buggy and hard to use.

plz fix for centers of trade. I cant upgrade the costal center of trade in constantinople because the icon isnt even there. Paradox cut down the max building slots to 10 in the latest update to make room for the new mechanic of upgrading centers of trade
