Hello @Spart117MC, I was wondering if it would be possible to do something similar like this mod except with the plated vest from this mod https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1861314840&searchtext=plated

Is there an INI I can edit to make the Kevlar options available at all tiers?

I've got the same issue as Endersblade

I seem to have lost the Anarchy Armor pieces where with the chest plates but the shirt part covering the bottom. Is it possible another cosmetic mod is overwriting the slots this one uses?

Okay, just to clarify. If I want ALL the armor stuff but no weapons, I should get this one? I'm asking because when I read the description of DLCBashes, it doesn't mention any weapons, but what it does have are more screenshots of armor than this one though.

nice! I never liked the skin showing, it wasn't practical at all! I mean should military soldiers have their chest showing? answer in short: NO

Wait, what weaponbashes were included in the DLCbashes? Just asking because I love the cosmetics mods in the DLCbashes but right now weapon mods are kinda funky in LW2.

Sorry for double-post, but you can't edit old comments? Anyway...

Thanks Blackout, it worked perfectly. Didn't know you can that easilly disable parts from mods, that you don't like, this is going to make things so much clear now, thanks again, for you, and Spart for this great mod.
Kahvipannu 25. nov. 2016 kl. 1:52
Thank you, I will try that!

@KahvipannuTWC Firstly re-enable Anarcy's children. Then, navigate to this directory on you computer:

C:\Program Files\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\XCOM 2\XComGame\DLC\DLC_1\Config\

From here you should have 3 config files (ending in .ini). Open up XComContent.ini in any text editor (notepad will do).

In here you will find all the config that 'loads' the Anarchy's children parts in the character editor, commenting out an asset will prevent it loading in the editor, but the textures will still be present in the game. The character 'reset' which you talk about triggers from a change of torso only, the other body parts won't cause this to happen.

Therefore, to disable this, just comment out each line that contains PartType="Torso" (prepend each line with a semi-colon). Save this file and boot up XCom. You should find that the Anarchy's children torsos are no longer there, but the Spart bashes are still there.

Hope this helps!

Hi.

I used this mod during my last playthru, really liked the options this provides, but didn't like the stuff the actual DLC included, and hovering over those items reseted everything else, so ended up disabling it for my current playthru.

Thing is, I would love to use this still, the models seem to work fine, but the textures are missing without the DLC installed.

Do you know any workaround for this? Like, I have the DLC, I just don't want it activated, but would love to have this mod activated.

@Spart117MC Yes, it'd be just a cosmetic look for the powerrmor, and Plated. Specialized armor I'd leave alone.

@Spotter
Do you mean like have the Kevlar variants available for Predator? I'm sure there's a config included in the mod that already lets you do that (you'll have to switch out the default for it but it should work).
Spotter 13. aug. 2016 kl. 13:23
@Spart117MC Thanks fo rthe info, sir. You're doing a right great job of what you do for the community, IMHO. :steamhappy:
Now I wonder... Is there any way to keep the Anarchy's kids armor LOOK, across the board of upgraded armors, or would that entail a massive modding of existing armor? :steamfacepalm:
Spart117MC  [ophavsmand] 13. aug. 2016 kl. 12:44
@Spotter
Sorry, but I'm not much modeller. What I'm doing is just cutting and pasting and not the best job at it either. Though, considering the stuff that's coming up on the workshop as of late that might just happen sooner or later.
Spotter 11. aug. 2016 kl. 17:38
@Spart117MC Have you given thought to meshes for WW2 era weapons for our Squadies? Thompson, Schmeiser, and Sten SMGs. Bren, BAR SAR/MG and so on? Maybe with their own unique sounds too? :steamhappy:
Spart117MC  [ophavsmand] 13. juli 2016 kl. 12:17
It does not replace anything
LiptonDI 13. juli 2016 kl. 3:17
is it a retexture or additional ?
Bullett00th 12. juli 2016 kl. 3:31
FINALLY I can use Anarchy armor without completely breaking the immersion!

Thank you!

@Terse
Nope. This is mostly for the people who don't have the resistance pack.
Terse 10. juli 2016 kl. 0:26
Thanks @Spart.

Anything in this mod that's not in your DLCBashes mod?
