Oh, i hate skins for the Witch, i only take thoses realistic ones and not anime stuff, i only have sounds/musics changing for her.

You need to do nothing, the eyes you saw in the thumbnails are the default ones in game and this mod doesn't changes her eyes. The reason of this problem can be: you may have installed another mod that changes her eyes texture/color and both are mixed. I will try to include a texture for the eyes inside the file in the next update anyway, it may prevent this from happening.
