I thought this mod looked interesting, alas, I find the language chosen for the narration of events to be lacking. Stellaris' events have an interesting choice in wording giving a sense of the story being told by a rather scientific and objective mind. This mod unfortunately fails to keep in line with that style of story telling and breaks the immersion for me. The delivery requires finer detail.
Some interesting event ideas though.

Thanks for this mod, has been fun so far.
Just a minor issue. I was playing as pure machine empire, and was getting a few events that made no sense. eg. high crop yields, a celebrity dying, etc. Perhaps to edit those coming up for certain empire types if possible. Hasnt broken the game.

@Eksorium I don't think this is going to be updated soon. Probably best to unsub. The unofficial fix for it, hasn't been updated in turn since march 2019. If it is going to be updated, I'll be pleasantly surprised though.

@Bürgermeister-Has anyone reported a bug with the planetary spawn slider? I find since I got this mod, and the mod more events, and the newest DLC Ancient Relics that planetary slider doesn't seem to work. I've tried to start many campaigns with 5x planetary generation, but it' just seems to be around 1x.... any ideas?

If you're too busy, does that mean you would be opposed to someone else taking over the mod and updating it? And if they did, would you add a link to the newer version in the description of this one? I'm not volunteering myself, I don't know how to code well, but just asking so there's no doubt in anyone's mind about it, and so someone reading the comments section of this mod could contact you and volunteer themselves to do it.

A game like Stellaris is ALWAYS in need of more events to add flavor and variety to the gameplay that lies between major events like empire-wide wars and such, so a mod like this is something I would considera necessity for the long-term survival of Stellaris in general.

I look forward to Jackxter's re-release of the mod.

Also, @Jackxter, is there any chance you could put down a "bookmark" for the mod that we could sub to and then forget about while you update it? I know I tend to forget about things like this with all the stuff I have going on in my life, and I know a couple other modders who put up the mod with no substance so you could sub to it and then not have to worry about forgetting it in the future, just reap the benefits when the modder was finished with his work.

Update: I took a look at the files of this mod, and as far as I can tell, this mod should be compatible with the current game. I could be wrong though.

Unfortunately, I won't ever be updating this mod again. I still play Stellaris, but I no longer have much free time.

I'm now a game developer, a dream come true of sorts. I've become very successful with it and it now consumes all my time.

(Sorry for the slight brag, but I felt I needed to give a good reason for not being able to support this mod anymore)

@Vlad The Inhaler This mod should work for all previous versions of Stellaris (2.0 down). Although, I don't believe it will work past Stellaris 2.0

Majority of the mod is updates to work with 2.0+ so i dont know.
