There is no level icon system for specific countries so no unless Paradox makes some changes for the basic game.

It's a shame each country can't have there own rank icons. They made the same mistake with HOI2 and it took Darkest Hour nearly 3 years to finally fix it. Thanks for this Wunderwaffle.
