Try restart your computer mate and try again. Must be your firewall try disable it do the update then Turn it back on

Hi. I tried to do what you suggested. It still hasn't worked. I know you're not a magic technician but I also tried to select it from workshop on the main menu. I can't seem to get it on that either. At a loss.

Start Steam and go to your game Library.
Locate Football Manager, right click it and choose Properties.
Go to Local Files tab and click Verify integrity of game cache button.
Wait for the process to complete.
