I say "there was an easter egg" because as of a few months ago, the html page is broken and doesn't show the render.

Q: "What does this have to do with Frontline?"
A: On the frontline page, there was an easter egg where clicking the screen at the bottom of the page that say "do you want to play a game?" it would send you to a fake advertisement for a game for this console, called "Nuke-EM!". It was about slapping the one button to launch more ICBMs at your enemy than they can. It references the cold war, and this console model was used for the render.

@Cufflux#1979 If you go on frontline.tf there is a hidden button on one of the TV's, at the botom of the page. Click on it and it will take you to a Frontline image that has this in it.

Wait how does this relate to frontline? I've looked everywhere and can't find where this appears.

I can say that for a controller for one button to work, the single button would need to multifunction as a stick and a button.
