Currently we can't even get vanilla multiplayer matches of RoN to run without desyncing, so we're in a similar boat. Been too many years since we played to have ideas of what to test, sorry.

We've had trouble with reloading modded games over the years - might be a RoN problem instead of something mod-specific.

We haven't touched the mod since December 2020, but there's no reason in principle that we couldn't come back to it at some point, maybe.

We have noticed that exact issue with the AI, but we have also observed them do this without the OakyMod active (iirc, might be wrong as it has been a long time since we last played) and I'm inclined to blame that on a Rise of Nations update as this certainly never happened in 2015-2017 when it was under development

i love this mod but there is some bugs sometime the a.i does not work until you give them resources or they get attack meaning you can be in the industrial age while the a.i still in the ancient age and some of the buildings don,t work and zeppelins be take out by all ground units not just aa mean the zeppelins are useless. i hope you see this post

We were thinking about making some changes last year, but we haven't pushed any updates since December 2020. Maybe in the distant future.

But it has its attack flag set as melee, so that might be the distinction you're looking for (instead of firing an arrow/bullet).

Barbed wire is in fact just a building that attacks in melee range.

I am having a problem constructing buildings. It is with houses that they are in the slot, but if you click on them, nothing happens, how to solve this problem, thanks if you answer.

If you set the population to the max 200 in the lobby with the mod enabled, the population will go to 500 in-game. The mod doesnt take effect til youre actually in the game, as the mod adjusts military techs from the library rather than the actual lobby menu. You will notice you get more population per military tech than you would in a vanilla game.

small suggestion, not sure if you will do it, but maybe add something that you can toggle (or not) for no supply wagons, i hate them personally since i like huge battles without everyone literally dying from not being supplied early on

when you start a game there should be a drop down box on the right side of the screen under all the options to select your mod.

Hi. I was playing with this mod for the first time and I couldn't find the walls anywhere. There is a blank tab in the Military building window but when I click on it nothing happens. It has a different texture to an "empty" slot so I'm guessing something is supposed to be there

youll need to do some regex magic to sort the terms like alphabetically or something but you can try an XML "prettifier" that will at least fix any files that arent indented/etc

hello i do have a problem. Ican not edit the rules xml files in the data folder because all data in the rules file is absolutly unsorted. Is there a way or a programm, to fix this. Ican not edit it in any mod because all of the rules files are unsoted. Thank you

yeah just choose 200 and in game you will see it will go up to 600
rather than going up by +25 per military tech, the population goes up by 50% per military tech

so it goes like
35-55-80-120-175-265-400-600

It's possible the pop change didn't work anymore: max pop 200.. maybe I overlooked something.. but RoN got a new bad patch last couple of month or so.. maybe broke something

Yeah feel free but be wary that some (virtually all) of my building additions are kind of badly aligned (walls) or have some z order issues (flak artillery)
