What if this replaced the primary gun, and instead of the electro-sapper, you had some sort of electro-hacker, and then you control the sentry in the same style as the engy's wrangler, but without the protective shield.

It could replace the sapper and as long as you're "shooting" a sentry with it, it could shoot it's own team! (While not breaking your disguise) While under this effect the sentry can be damaged by any team! Brilliant! The only problem is that you can not destroy the buildings...

This weapon should be a secondary. It should teleport the player to the select location, but can only be used with full cloak & drains all of it each use.

dunno about the saper ideas: I like this:

fits well the TF2 style of "futuristic".

Do not allow cloak and insted you can point to where you want to go and warp

I dunno about the saper ideas: I like this:
40% Damage Penalty
Requires no amo
Kill Restose Cloak
Damage Delt with weapons and saper charge "WARP"
AltFire: If "WARP" and Cloak is full, will teleport to where the crosahiars are (not taunt, no out of map) cloak and reduce claok by 50%
Can't Cloak While Active

Read some of the ranged sapper ideas below and I like the idea. If you guys don't mind, I could make one myself, unless someone already has dibs.

Replaces sapper... allows a ranged wrangler ability for 8 seconds, with a one-minute recharge. Hitting the wrangled sentry twice with a wrench removes the effect. Act fast before the spy blows you to bits! Engineer wrangled sentries are immune.

Very nice. It looks like some sort of ranged sapping gun. The model is a little on the simple side but it fits the spirit of tf2 perfectly.

+50% damage against buildings
-50% damage against players
Alt fire: Disable sentry for 15 seconds

Model needs a little polish, but it is staying true to the original spirit of Team Fortress 2's art style. At least, truer than the vast majority of new items coming out.

I think this thing sould ether disable sentrys for a short time (loose your disguise when u do) or steal the disguise of an enemy when you shoot him/her with it.

This thing + kunai will be great. (-115 hp. 10 hp spy... Even dead ringer cannot help in this situation...)

I think i've said this on other stuff, but there is nowhere to put the sapper in the loadout screen, it would have to come as another weapon or something that ALSO changes the sapper.
