Hi, I only got space engineers yesterday and this was the first thing I downloaded. I love it! I wish I'd discovered this game sooner! Hope someone sees this but I was just wondering if there is a way to operate the mass engines along with the thrusters? They provide great speed but I could only figure out how to activate them manually in the control panel, which leaves then either full on forwards, off, or full on reverse! It would make the ship much more maneuverable if they can operate off the WASD keys or something if needed. I love the layout and design though, beautiful :) Thanks in advance if anyone sees this, :)

Teto, gotcha. Yea, go for it! I'd love to see it when you're done.

FatMax, getting a ship air tight can be hard. Sadly I don't think I'll have time to "help" but if you post a link I can take a look. The best advise I can give is compartmentalize the ship as you want it, see which ones are leaking air, and using different colored blocks add to the walls until you seal it up. Once you do that, you can start removing the colored blocks until you open a leak and that will tell you where the seal was lacking.

Well i turned a copy of the enterprise into this http://www.shipschematics.net/startrek/images/federation/destroyer_saladin_nu.jpg and named it the USS Newton If I upload this and the adventure map with a modified Enterprise I will put in the description of the origanal map.

Busboy, could you help me with my version of your ship to make it airtight aswell?
busboy999  [author] 8 Sep, 2016 @ 9:37pm
Teto, maybe I don't understand the question? If you cite it, you can use as you like. I have no claim on the ship, this is just my game version of it. If you use my version of Star Trek's ship in your world, just link it here and you should be fine. If you attempt to rename a slight modification, though, just be prepared for the Star Trek nerds to call you on it.

Busboy999 would you mind if I upload this giving credit to you still the ship is in a form of a diffrent ship, the Saladin class. Im also using the Enterprise in a Adventure map as well so I ask for permission to use the ship aswell.

It is airtight as of the last update with a functioning oxygen system.
