i can confirm this one is the one. i testet one gurilla op with kill all aliens and it finally works.
Please notice that the extension of the file should be set to chn.

The Localization file is not called XComGame.int, but ModAchievementSystem.int
For this mod, it would be at SteamApps/workshop/content/268500/729582723/Localization/ModAchievementSystem.int
Every mod has its own ModAchievementSystem.int file. If you translate another mod's Localization file, the Mod Achievement System will use the right translation.
Another question is that if I translate the ModAchievementSystem file of another mod, say, A Better Advent, will the achivements pop up in Chinese, assuming the achivement system mod is installed?
Fortunately, it's just the screenshot and not in the game. Workshop doesn't allow me to change the preview image without updating, and I'm not ready to update.
