However it is possible to easily merge them with GIMP (which is free) or Photoshop, just find both modfiles (forgot the path, sorry), unpack them and copy-paste them on different layers, then just edit them and replace at your discretion.
Also, i honestly had no idea about the Wings of Fire franchise, thanks for mentioning it tho, i'll definitely check it out later.
As for the picture, it's pretty old (and i haven't changed it because i'm not very active on Steam anymore, my PC died some time ago, rip) so i don't remember the exact info or artist, but it's just a character that person made, i don't think it's based off anything specific, she just liked dragons.
There's already a link to the black version posted one comment below yours :P
Eitherway, here it is again, enjoy!

Thank You.
As you can see here i spawned vainilla Avian NPCs and they had the changes made by the mod: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1253434704
If your NPCs do not have the modified sprites then another mod that changes the avian sprites or the avian themselves must be conflicting with this one.
The avian sprites are made up different parts, if i'm not mistaken when assembling the mod the only modified sprites were arms, torso and legs, leaving the "head" and "hair" sprites out of the mod files, so it should not conflict with "hairstyles" mods that only modify head and hair files.
However, if the author of such "hairstyles" mod added vainilla body, arm and leg sprites to their content.pak file then it will conflict with the modified sprites of this mod. =/
EDIT: Just to be sure, if a mod were to expand the amount of hairstyles that the Avians have, would it cause this mod to ''not work'' anymore?
Yes it does, the player model uses the same sprites as generic Avian NPCs.
You must have another mod that conflicts with it then.
P.S. There is a way, look at "Many Tabs" 1/2 2/2 mod. In most cases "last mod subscribed" rule work.
What do you mean? Is it on the Starbound in-game mod menu?
Also, there isn't such thing as "mod order" in the Steam Workshop (unlike Nexus Mods, etc) and the mod should be working unless you have another mod that modifies Avian Sprites.
Check other mods you're using, specially those scripted and related to Mechs, this mod should not interfere AT ALL with the Mechs from the 1.3 Update as they are just character sprite replacements.
I also have not received other messages about Invisible Mechs and i personally use one of the Avian mods i've uploaded (such as this one) and haven't encountered any issues yet. Good luck!
Sadly, i don't think there isn't an updated version avaliable outside Steam at the moment.
However, you can get the .pak file of the mod and it's contents by downloading the mod and then opening the folder: Steam/stemapps/workshop/content/211820/729653828
Hope that helps.
How so?
Are you sure Steam updated Starbound after suscribing?
Did you check if the mod is shown on the Starbound mod list? (The gear in the bottom right corner on the Main Menu)
Do you have any other mods installed? Specially mods that change Avian Sprites?
https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=747754695
Um, which mod you mean?
Also, i see you uploaded by yourself "Just like real birds" , can i link your mod to the description of this one?
also this mod is listed multiple times on steam because everyone had the same thoughts "we should share this to steam if the creater hasn't yet"
If you play multiplayer with this mod installed, you will see the changes this mod does, but anyone who isn't suscribed to this mod will just see the vainilla Avians! So, it's not necessary for any of your friends to install this mod.
@INFOWARS "Just Like Real Birds" mod right? I will look into uploading it if the author doesn't upload it by himself in a couple of days (I already messaged the mod's author in the Starbound Community Forums)
@RustedCutlass717 Oh, yeah, sprites in games like Starbound usually work without actual colors, and instead are assigned by the game, but it's great to hear that there are no problems nonetheless!
