Hi everyone. I am currently working on a mod very similar to this More Human Empires

Though it is not as fleshed out as this mod, I completely intend on featuring ~8 human-only empires all with customized name lists and solar systems. go check it out!

Will there be a 1.5.0+ update in soon?

can you add a new variation of sol? it would have the player empire on earth, the mars colonial authority on mars, and the human continuity initiative on ganymede. they would be the same species as the player empire.

@The Tsurani: Because it's just for fun, not hardcore alt history.

I do have to ask why, if the Holy Terran Empire is born out of an Eatern Roman Empire that never faced the Plague of Justinianand managed to retain his borders and expand on them... who is the name and flag of the Empire based upon the Holy Roman Empire - the Frankish and German pretenders who quite possibly would never have existed in this alternate timeline? It vaguely bugs my inner ERE fanboy.

@grievousrommel Yea, I've been busy and haven't had time to look after it as closely. Was looking to swing back around and pick this up again once Heinlein drops. Doubt there's anything that breaks with this in 1.2.5, but I'll try to update the versioning this week so the annoying red ! goes away in the launcher.
grievousrommel 11 Sep, 2016 @ 5:18am
Is this ever going to be updated for 1.2.5?

@Ser Laz Appreciate it. That is the point, after all! ;)

thanks for making these, they make the game a lot more interesting (at least for RP purposes lol)

@Wingstorm Hmm! Thanks for the heads up. The name lists are all contained in the core mod "Interstellar Essentials". I resovled an issue with them that was created by the recent patch, and think everything should be back to normal now. Maybe try to unsubscribe and resubscribe to get Steam to push the updated files to you? Let me know if this issue persists.
Wingstorm 5 Aug, 2016 @ 11:36am
Just a fyi, the most recent update seems to have broken a ton of mods. Your human races seems mostly fine, but I notice their name lists seems to be messed up. They seem to be defaulting to one of the Fungi name lists.
You may want to have a look.

Btw, Thanks for making this mod! Really love to see more human races in my games.

@Hitman488 Localization would be a great! If you're fluent, take a crack at the translations and send 'em my way. I'll integrate them into future updates and credit you.
VoidKrakenX 30 Jul, 2016 @ 12:04pm
Ever thought about a translation of your mod?? I might be able to help out with the German department. :)
Hegemon4Hire  [author] 30 Jul, 2016 @ 4:14am
Thanks for the offer @Shadow. I'd like to keep it to a one-person project for now, but once you have the game, you can easily take this mod as an example and quickly build your own!
Shadows-Forgotten 29 Jul, 2016 @ 12:08am
@Hegemon4Hire This is an interesting mod you made and I am wondering if I can help you by making backstories for some of your mods. Also I don't have Stellaris yet but this is a mod I will definitely use when I get it.
Spiffing Reynard 28 Jul, 2016 @ 1:24pm
This is great, It really makes the game that much better having a thought out Intro!

Will defanitly be watching for more "Interstellar Extras"
Hegemon4Hire  [author] 28 Jul, 2016 @ 1:21pm
@Cautemoc Fair enough points. I'll take a look at making the negative traits more varied for the Humans. You're definitely right about writing non-Human backstories being harder. There's no established history to build from!
Cautemoc 28 Jul, 2016 @ 1:17pm
@Hegemon4Hire Cool mod - I really enjoy the idea of having more thought-out backstories for the species. I think the others will be much more difficult than humanity, but you did a good job here.

Just for the sake of argument. Would it not make more sense for humanity to be somewhat strong compared to avians, fungi, plants, and other mammals? I mean, primates are actually pretty tough among the animals on Earth. There could definitely be a more interesting mix of Solitary, Deviant, and Sedentary that would, in my opinion, be a better fit to the lore.
Hegemon4Hire  [author] 25 Jul, 2016 @ 6:53pm
@CJPKingofMars Nothing more than personal design choice. Something has to give a little bit in the traits category to open up more advantageous trait options. In my head, humans are below the galactic standard for physical strength, so I gave them all Weak. If you don't prefer that, you can easily modify any of the trait choices for the empires in this mod for your own use. Simply edit any of them and save your changes as a new custom empire!
LannyofMars 25 Jul, 2016 @ 3:37pm
Why are all the humans weak?
