mod does not dynamically update store inventories (currently only tested with Frogg Brothers) the Frogg Brothers store show different inventory then the Portable Outpost store. (I am also using the FU Patch and the patch that makes Frogg Brothers sell ALL their normal inventory instead of rotating stuff out).

When I unsubscribe from this mode and try to use s.a.i.l, this error pops up.

What should I do if I solve this?

can you make the mod also sell the shops in a single shop? i cant really access the frogg furnishings shop due to an entire lack of the original shop to begin with

Yeah, it's usually just missing a space before the ^reset; (no, I've totally never done that before, I'm not on trial here :squirtooh:).

Not sure if you're still interested in Starbound, but there's an extremely minor bug in Portable Outpost. When first receiving the chip from Esther, the ^reset^ in your addition to her dialogue isn't functioning, leading to said reset being printed in text, and the remaining text being colored orange.

I think peacekeeper bounties are sorta' strange, and adding the bounty board accentuates a lot of the bugs. Every time you claim the last bounty of a set, you gotta' go to the station to do it or it will assign a new set of bounties with a different tier. Any new set is assigned a tier seemingly based on the world it's placed in (haven't confirmed, but from my ship it always goes to the same star systems in titanium tier), meaning broken missions that pull you back to earlier locations. If you receive a set of broken bounties, they do not count towards your rank or your next station. I don't know that these problems can really be fixed without modding the systems behind generating bounties themselves, but ultimately it may just be better to not have craftable bounty boards to prevent these sorts of problems.

Very helpful. Especially when it comes to the smaller shops just to scrap items for pixels, since that happens often with excess resources obtained. Also helps with hoarding!

@MacDaddy23: the mod dynamically copies the inventory of the original stores, so if everfrogg changes the inventory it should show up, however if it is just adjusting the timings of when items show up it may not. Install both and have a try, it shouldn't cause any issues

If I had the Everfrogg mod, would the mobile one make all the furniture accessible like the mod Everfrogg does?

This mod has helped me a bunch, for some reason my outpost just isnt in my game. even after getting rid of my mods, deleting my universe, AND uninstalling and reinstalling it still wasnt there but this mod has saved me most of the pain of not having it!

Oh wait! So I'm using another mod that allows you to toggle whether or not the tiles on the space station are protected. Disabling the tile protection allows me to set the shop down. Interesting.

I found out that I'm unable to rez the shops in a space station...

@43770gaming: I assumed it would end up being a bit glitchy. The board actually updates the current peacekeeper station so I removed all the code that changes which station is current but it's obviosuly still causing some problems

The bounty board messes with the Peacekeeper stations. Sometimes the quests (specifically leader quests) will repeat and the Ship can't make up its mind over which Peacekeeper station is the current one.

I guess my ship is now a peacekeeper station.....

It would be nice to have the option, say, through a pair of no-loss trade recipes at the Outpost Beakeasy, but I can totally understand cutting the feature altogether. As neat as it is, it can become a real hassle.

And another one. Accepting the Vault Key quest from a quest terminal will not set the flag necessary for the trader to offer keys - after accepting from the terminal, the trader will still say it's "not time". Abandoning the quest and accepting it in person progresses normally.

Got a new one for you. I'm currently at the point whee I'm supposed to turn my Apex scans into Esther, but the quest console isn't recognizing it - no "?" to turn in remotely, but I can turn in to her directly.

Mods will be updated for 1.4 compatibility in about a week or two when I am finished up with exams. In the meantime they may experience issues. I may add new features related to 1.4 while I'm there but no promises. Can't wait to take down some beerheaded gangs...

@vika: yeah not really tbh, the style is made to fit regular starbound and my policy is to not make patches/ensure compatibility for other mods unless they are really popular (ie FU) but you're welcome to change the graphics on my sprites on your local copy yourself or ask the Cutebound mod author to make a patch. Sorry

I mean for the graphics of your mod. Cutebound, or, "make the universe a cuter place," is a mod that replaces various assets, including the default vendor assets, to something that looks somewhat more anime-like, by slightly modifying the shape of their body and eyes. Cutebound does not add modded quests or vendors; it is merely a cosmetic addition. For example, instead of the default eyes merely looking like simple dots, they are changed so that they are slightly larger. I was hoping that you could take a look at the changes in that mod and apply the style to your mod.

I'm not the only one that uses this mod, and the only reason that I'm not using portable outpost is because the art assets don't fit in with everything else. Other mods, such as IKN's VA-11 HALL-A offers options for both styles in their mod.

Is the patch necessary for Frackin' Universe, or I could install this mod without the patch?
I'm asking because I only just want these shops for building decorations and I don't want the shops the patch comes with.
