my game also stops working correctly when selecting a class. really sad because it was working before and i just started playing again and i cant change the class now.

@-bg- after some "research" i noticed the custom class mod mention "XcomSparkClass.ini" but this file isnt in my pc, i assume the bug might be the mods looking for it but unable to find it.

I'm having a similar issue when selecting the option to pick a class for the new mechs. I don't crash, but my UI disappears completely and I have to reload a previous save to fix it. This wasn't happening until very recenently. I had 4 sparks already designated to a class with no problems, but made 2 more and both of them are doing the same thing now.

I have the same problem with the promote soldier :( Someone did mention how it is the support class mod and how things arent being copied over correctly for the ini files?

I've been trying to add a grenade only slot to the archer, doesn't seem to be working out too well... Any idea how I could do that? Or could you maybe do a quick mod update and add it yourself? :P

Doesn't seem to work for me either. Don't see any conflicts in AML. They promote normally into their regular skill trees.

Hi, @-bg- ! Thanks for so much for you mods that bring a lot of features of LW1 back to XCOM2 & LW2. I using your MEC mod in my crruent LW2, they are great and fun so far. Sorry for that I dont know how post a message to you, so I post in here.:steamfacepalm:

Well, the LW2 for WOTC has been cut down. So, a moder, John Luke Pack Hard try to making a LW2 for WOTC by the communilty. I found that your MEC mod could improve the Spark a lot in this project. I should ask the permission to use some of these code for this project. Could I?:steamhappy:

Hey @-bg-, are there any side effects of removing Intrusion Protocol (Hack) from any of the SPARK classes other than losing their ability of hacking objects remotely?

You'll still need to patch the xcomclassdata.ini to match the new format as well.

Could someone please list the abilities that nuke WOTC? Is this playable if you avoid those classes and abilities? It looks really awesome, but I'd reather not go back to vanilla...

it will crash if you use some of the abilities, wotc new visualization system is not backwards compatible.

can i sub to this mod just to have the code for the abilities injected into the game in WOTC, or will it break it without the SCCS requisite mod (which is broken)

the vanilla classes are so lame, i want to put some of these perks into them like the original long war classes, but I don't know the status on class mods

I'm not using any other class or Spark mods, than LW2 itself.

I'm using this in a LW2 playthrough. I am not using TONS or Suppressable. This needed some ini legwork to make some of the custom classes work correctly.

Therefore, ini work either way, as far as I can see.

Quick question for the compability/required mods.
I am running a LW2 campaign and want to use this mod. You have listed 3 other mods under the required items section of this mod, but in the description you mention only Sparl custom class support.
As i saw in the Suppressable targeting abilities mod and TONS of utility items, these mods seem to need some INI changes to work properly with LW2.
Are those two still required to work with LW2 or not anymore ?
Are the Ini changes mentioned in teh discussion of those mods still needed, or did you include them in your last update?

I think I took all appropriate steps. Unsubbed to pugilist, this, and SPARK custom class, made sure files were all gone, re subbed, made sure correct lines show in .ini files. Deleted all USER config files for a fresh start. Bahavior remains the same.

Scrollbar scrolls, but still only shows 9. I comment out, say archer, then pugilist shows.

@Skarsatai I go into this mods spark class.ini and comment out one of the classes until I have a pugilist or 2, then go back and uncomment out the class again. The pugilist seems to work fine, I just can't seem to get more than 9 classes (including original spark) to show.
