Hmm, yeah I see. Tried shutting steam down and restarting it? I really hope the updating works - I've got some to post today :P

Strange. :S I've had no problems with it - at least not getting the update uploaded. I usually have to shut down CS and wait a few sec to let steam notice the update and download it. Sometimes it's not playing ball (or I'm too impatient) and I unsub and resub. :P
Maybe steam is just buggy today/now and will play ball at a later time. :)

I just attempted to update it, and it still says the last change occurred at 7:55am. It's 9:12am right now.

I did those steps. My problem is that once I replace the old files with the updated ones and click update, it just doesn't update. It stays on its previous update.
