I like the way this mod is described a lot more than Winston's description, I hope this mod gets ported eventually. The execution sounds a lot better in my opinion.

Currently very broken, random events happen every few hours in game, including Non-combat incidents, within the first day I had 4 cargo pods, a manhunter pack, an eclipse, escape pod.

Theres a problem with this mod that makes it unplayable, the game cant identify the average incidents per day variable, because of this it constantly spams incidents every 5 seconds. Please fix.

Seems to target the first beacon regardless. Far as I can tell the mod is more or less compatible already though a proper update would still be appreciated.

Nah that broke the game, the hud dissapeared. I guess I have to replay 1,5 days before I did view this storyteller.

I just clicked on the storytteller in option to read about it. then I changed it back to my normal storyteller. Did not even unpause. But now I can't turn off the storyteller mode :(. I guess I have to uninstall it?

When I update the mod for Alpha 15 I will see if I can get it to look for trade beacons that aren't under a roof.

Not supposed to have trade beacons inside? Says you. Look at the desription for trade beacons and it specifically says it can be placed inside. I had to kill all my indoor trade beacons because your supply drops (of useless crap, I might add) seem to be on a search and destroy mission. If you don't want to change the mod, that's cool - but don't dictate that beacons are outdoors when the game doesn't. If only my mortars were as deadly as the supply drops.....

could you make this make another version of this mod and this one would be called light and the other heavy. and heavy would be intended for heavy mod usage. a guy like me using heavy mod usage needs more of a challege. i have the mod to blueprint a base. so on day one i have a 5million dollar base already laid out ready to go.

I usually have multiple trade beacons, one outside to get drops from trade and multiple inside my stockpiles so I can trade them out. Yet the supply drops always pick the ones inside and they break through the roof.

Mr Monti, you're not supposed to place a trade beacon inside.

Can'tCtan, once you start a game with Wave Survival Mode you can't disable it completely. I designed it around playing the mode from beginning to end.

IvanTheTieGuy, make sure you use a Scenario that gives you the tech you need for the Trade Beacon from the start. The default one I included with the mod works.

How do you turn off wave survival completely? Switched to a different story teller and it still does wave survival and disables other incidents.
