The map mrp_medieval_eskil requires this addon in order for it to look as it should, however it doesn't. You forgot the lantern models seen on each pole throughout the main town, and the stuff around the tiny pond at the top of the main city. To think that the subscribers to this addon is stupid, would be incorrect. It is the uploader that has made a mistake.

He means hammereditor.exe which is used to edit source maps. He's french and sucks at english, so don't worry about it. He also doesn't know how to include models properly, either, so the map these materials are for, still have errors.
