Why was the Avali augment pack removed? D:

sorry, it took awhile to get through race version requests
Lu 28 Jul, 2016 @ 5:34pm
Eh, not really. Going to gentle stars or simply modding your way outta using EPP removes that. So essentially yes, Vanity.
raine  [author] 28 Jul, 2016 @ 4:41pm
what items specifically? i thought that it was essential to have the epp to go to most planets
or did you mean the vanity ones?
Lu 28 Jul, 2016 @ 4:38pm
Oh. I almost forgot! You should also do a back version (for people who use back items rather than the EPP's.)
SirUmnei 28 Jul, 2016 @ 4:20pm
FU and Felins, actually.
SirUmnei 28 Jul, 2016 @ 4:18pm
Do you plan on doing a mod patch for it? FU is really the only mod that adds armor.
raine  [author] 28 Jul, 2016 @ 4:14pm
head version is out already, leg version coming soon. will add links to the others in description when all of them are out.
the mod is pretty simple, i'm just adding two lines to each armor so they can gain augments, and so they can display the current augment. idk how to make a mod patcher though
Lu 28 Jul, 2016 @ 4:10pm
(Oh, And I forgot to add to the last comment. When exactly do you plan on releasing the head & leg version of this?)
Lu 28 Jul, 2016 @ 4:09pm
May seem random but.. Is there no way for you to make a mod to automatically do that? As in a mod that patches other armor-mods to do that? Or is that just crazy talk and its far more complicated.
raine  [author] 28 Jul, 2016 @ 4:07pm
non-vanilla armors will not get the slot, unfortunately
adding the augment to them would require a mod patch, because i add some lines to each armor
BLUESTORM2112 28 Jul, 2016 @ 4:03pm
Great idea I look forward to kitting my characters out. I wonder if it may get overpowered if you use all regen augments on each piece (once you add the others).

Also will this add the augment slot to armour from mods or do you need to add it to each piece individually?

I ask because this would go great with mods like Frackin Universe.

Thanks! Also. This may a little much but I also recommend perhaps adding a non-steam download version and placing it on chucklefish forums/a mediafire link for those who dont have the steam starbound version :P Just saying~ Also thanks for the super fast reply! And yeah Modded armors def need some work. One modded armor I currently have is the 'final tier armor' on the steam workshop here, and it sadly doesnt work :p kinda hurts to pick between good armor and multiple augments on lesser armor!
SirUmnei 28 Jul, 2016 @ 3:52pm
Thank you, look forward for the other 2.
raine  [author] 28 Jul, 2016 @ 3:50pm
going to add head soon, then feet. i guess i'll add collection as well
more than one augment might be beyond me
Lu 28 Jul, 2016 @ 3:49pm
You should make one for Pants and Head Piece :p. The whole collection as a mod would be amazing. (and if its possible, having more than one augment would be amazing too~)
raine  [author] 28 Jul, 2016 @ 3:31pm
this mod should work with modded armors, as far as i understand json patching but idk
i guess i'll make a version for the other two
i didn't really need more than one extra slot myself though
SirUmnei 28 Jul, 2016 @ 3:16pm
Works with modded armor? Plans on making it work on other equipment pieces?
*Yuki* 28 Jul, 2016 @ 3:05pm
Literally what I've tried to do, but didnt figure, how to :D
Giant Hat 28 Jul, 2016 @ 3:02pm
This is a really good idea. It also solves the problem of lighting EPPs vs. literally everything else. I hope you can add augment slots to the head and feet slot too, and though it's unlikely to be simple limiting what kinds of augments fit in each armor piece would be great!
