That being said, if you want to learn to design maps and make your own scenario with this mod integrated into it, you're more than welcome to do so. Just credit Radigator and myself for the tweaks. I'm even happy to help you load it in.
This is not a "do it yourself, forehead" thing. I genuinely cannot make maps to save my life, but I'm happy to help with anything else. The community can always use more modders.
And unfortunately, I'm a sorry map designer. This is the best I've come up with using this mod.

of only there was a golden standard for how to signify such things.... Oh right "SP" and "MP" might be a way... darn devs lol
And i mean, a mod is a mod, i earned achievements for each map finished. :)
Im about finish the The Ultimate Quake, either today or tomorrow. Ill see what happens and let you know.
Thanks!
Sorry, i got confused, the mods are achievement compatible? So they disable or they wont?
As for achievements, when this was uploaded, yes. Mods are achievement compatible. As a general rule, I try not to upload mods that are too cheaty, but I did modify some assets for a couple TRO missions to make them less cancerous.
Im currently playing through all of Battlezone after finishing NSDF, CCA campaign long ago, just want to make sure im not missing the achievements. :)
Overall, the name of the “Unofficial Patch”, "Mod" or "Package" was called “Battlezone 1.8 Patch (Unofficial).“ As long as people remember the “1.8” and Google auto-completes it, then the title / marketing worked I guess, right? I mean… I was 12 when I made 1.8, while amped up on Mountain Dew, and posted it on my Geocities page. I don't think I was that diabolical in trying to fool a large community of grown intelligent adults.
Nice job bringing part of 1.8 it into Redux. Having the ability to not be useless without a ship was one of the main points of 1.8 I tried to make. Sniping with a 56k modem was not as fun as blasting already heavily damaged ships with a proper weapon strapped to your space suit.
Thanks again for the credit and I look forward to any future content of yours! +1 Following!
Obviously it worked. =P
Just gonna call it what it was advertised as, bugs or not. ;-)
