I know, I can use other mods to remove the offending deco bits, but would like to keep them.

Onto the issue at hand, I hope commenting the lines out works! Let me know if it does! :)
And then realising that the existing civilians had already been generated, so nothing could be done about them now. Didn't think to delete the lines entirely, thanks a lot for that suggestion.
So a lot of built up frustration and extreme saltiness and not a lot of thought went into that comment. Apologies again, I should have expressed my feelings in a more positive and constructive way.
In my defense, it took me a long long time to even realise this mod was the culprit - you don't expect a Tali mod to give you zombie engineers that look like mind controlled by the aliens. Especially since the eyes were added in a later update. If you hadn't documented it so well here, I would have never known. Even so, it took going through every single mod I have installed (a lot) and reading all the notes, comments, open discussions, etc.
Having that said...
"Thanks modder for setting this to true and messing up my game."
Please take a moment and re-read this sentence. It's hostile. I've put forth gigabytes worth of free, high-quality content, yet you actively chose those words. You seem knowledgeable enough to even create your own work-arounds and fixes to this issue, still decided on posting it. Please, there's no need for that.
;Glowing Eyes
+BodyPartTemplateConfig=(PartType="FacePropsUpper", DLCName="ME3_Tali_Zorah", TemplateName="GlowingEyes_F", ArchetypeName="ME3_Quarian_GD.ARC_Glowing_Eyes_F", Gender=eGender_Female, bVeteran=false, bCanUseOnCivilian=true, CharacterTemplate="Soldier")
Change bCanUseOnCivilian to false.
Thanks modder for setting this to true and messing up my game. Already midway through LW2, can't start a new game. Once those civilains are generated they won't be regenerated.
Find where Steam installed it - mine is in \Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\268500\767471263 - this last number will be different for you. Quickest way is to search for "XComNoInvisibleHeads" inside the 268500 folder.
Go into the Config folder and edit XComNoInvisibleHeads.ini
;Add your other mods here
MatchNames[12]=Glowing Eyes Female
MatchNames[13]=GlowingEyes_F
MatchNames[14]=Glowing Eyes Male
MatchNames[15]=GlowingEyes_M
Hopefully this fixes it, fingers crossed, haven't tested it yet.
As per the clipping? Which race/face clips? I thought I checked them all. You could always just use an invisible head I suppose.
Glad you got it to work! Enjoy this and Kexx's other works!
