Dont you mean. "Shatters into pieces like glass."
Or do you mean the pieces shatter like the glass?
Or is it just me.
I agree, but in SAO the particles move up like some kind of a dust on wind, not like glass pieces. I use a different death-animation mod, because I like the other one more
What did you use to edit it? Photoshop?

I'm wondering if you can make the animation aligned to the direction where the npc was facing prior death (for exemple, if an enemy died facing to the right, the sprite will be right (like in preview), on the other side if the npc is facing left, the sprite will be facing to the left) Hope you understand what i mean :)
If you can't, maybe you can edit the sprite so that it's centered to the screen and not any direction.
