I think it looks a little too much like Front Runner.
Maybe inverse the colors on the headband?

I know where it takes place.....now check other items in workshop / game and then say something about 50´s

TF2 takes place in late 1950's or early 1960's.

This also really doesn't look good on the Pyro...

Looks like you took the Front Runner, and hexxed it for pyro. Other then the fact that his suggests pyro's gender, something Valve isn't going to do (atleast until Possibly during its update)
