Is there any way to fix the storage locker/SAIL/Fuel gauge colour, it looks weird having a ship one colour and the storage locker/SAIL/Fuel gauge a different one.

you know... this might work quite well for the Aegi with some very small changes (light blue being swaped to grey)

Сделай бекап сохранений, папка "storage" и удали файл с расширением "shipworld" в папке "player", предварительно выгрузив все с корабля на безопасную планету. Если персов несколько, то попробуй удалить другие "shipworld" файлы.

@Din0za Would you be willing to make a version of your ship for the Felin and Neko races? I love it so far on my feronox version (finally it works <3). Blue for neko, gold for felin perhaps?

Most of the time Starbound can't load some mods properly, usually it fix itself when these mods are reuploaded.
Also if you encounter problems with other mods I recommend you reinstall the game.

Create a new character then.
Spawning outside is a common problem, when swirching ships.
Also do this:
Just reupload the mod, try unsubscribe and subscribe.

Okay, thank you for telling me since I probably wouldn't have known to delete the Shipworld file, which I assume could easily cause major problems.

You need to go to singleplayer, unload all staff from your ship to planet and stay on that planet.
Then backup your saves, subscribe to this mod and delete *.shipworld file in "Starbound\storage\player" folder.
If you have multiple characters, then sort files by date and delete latest shipworld file.
