I need it. Chicago Overcoat exists but it's kinda.. bad. I think Spy really needs this cosmetic. A trenchcoat for Spy is already a good idea, and this thing is just a direct upgrade for the Chicaco Overcoat. Oh and I love trenchcoats :D

Now that's a true noir coat right there. I know the Chicago Overcoat exists, but the untied belt, loosened tie, and flipped up collar oozes style. If this gets in the game I'll buy it day 1.
