Yes, this would likely go with the other. I really like this house-build: feels vanilla and has lots of playability.
It's in the DLC add-on. I gives you places for the masks and such from Dragonborn along with the Black Book display, scrolls of sun and blood from Dawnguard...all the good stuff.

There is actually one available in the Additions to Lakeview, Heljarchen and Windstad (also on Nexus)

There is a DLC add-on that gives you a black book display, but only for Lakeview.
An older version, treating Lakeview alone is also available on Steam, both additions and the DLC. You can use the DLC alone, if you don't say, use the Miirak display. The Black Books are quite independant.
Anything you like! The skull of your enemy...grandad`s ashes....Daedra heart collection....
I love Dragonborn! Solstheim is like a little slice of Morrwind. You'll be charmed. There are tons of great dungeons and a truly creepy endeavor. Great gaming!
'Fraid not. But most of the extra storage involves Dragonborn anyway. Aside from the Elderscroll storage, your only real gain would be the ability to craft Vampire armor. If you're using the main mod (SHFBreezehome Basement) you've got most of the fun already. :)
Thanks! I had a lot of fun with this one.
Thank you, I'm very glad you found it useful. It was a bitch to script. XD
Are you refering to the "closet" door that leads to the secret room? If so, the key is in the glazed urn on a shelf to the right of the Teasure room door.
Thank you very much! Skyrim is such a beautiful game and a great community, I just hoped to return a small bit of the delight to someone else that I have found in the many mods I've tried. I am very glad you like it.
Thanks for trying the mod; glad you like it. The Dragon Scrolls gave me a deuce of a time because there are three different versions of them and, as quest items, they are undroppable. To store, each version required its own unique script. So, the Dragon scroll display has three distinct 'dialogue areas' indicated by three 'symbols' (run your cursor over it and you'll see what I mean): a dragon, a lexicon and a jeweled snake head. If you obtained your particular Dragon Scroll from Paarthurnax, use the 'dragon', from Septimus Signus, use the lexicon, and if you got the scroll in Dawnguard from Serana, use the snake head. You can store two, if you have them.
Please tell me if this works for you!
You're very welcome. Thanks for noticing! I forgot the two in the secret room, but I'll get to those soon.
that's one I forgot in Breezehome...deserves a spot...hmm....let me see what I can do.
Not at all! It's made as a seamless addition.
I have a snazzy starter home built on the BYOH workbench called Summerset Cabin. Use the "Throne returns" version, (unless you are using Climates of Tamriel), as it is somewhat more stable. Thanks for asking. My Lakeview mod is also very close to finished....maybe a week? There will be both a Hearthfires-only version and a full-DLC version.
If everything worked with SHF Breezehome Basement, load order could be the problem with this one. This mod should definitely follow the Breezehome parent mod, and both should be pretty low in the load order in general. Personally, I use LOOT, and it helps a lot.
I can heartily recommend Dawnguard.
Getting the DLC storage to work correctly is the preliminary to publishing Lakeview...
