the only way ive been able to fix it is by putting it in a collection, unsubbing from all my mods i currently havem then only subbing to the collection. itll bug out if you sub to any other mod after you "fixed" it.
I initially thought Better Ships was overwriting this with its SAILs, but those are a seperate mod I don't have, and they only affect the Hylotl, Novakid, and Floran SAIL, and I'm having the issue with my Avian. Is this a new Vanilla "feature" or is this some mod obscurely changing them? I'm stumped after going through my mod setup several times.
*(i.e.., Avian SAIL has a beak, Apex SAIL has a nose and an extended brow ridge, Floran SAIL has a more Floran-y face, Hylotl has a third eye, Glitch has a faceplate instead of a mouth, and Novakid has a horseshoe instead of a face)
Worry free.
Client-side, won't corrupt the game.
is this client side
if i remove this will it corrupt the game
thank in advance
It does.
So recently there's an impressive mod that allows us to switch the SAIL AI according to our wish and is saved to player character, instead of a complete replacement. It's the Customisable AI mod.
Now I still want to use your mod as a default vanilla AI. So I have made a few adjustments:
- I set the "priority" : 108 inside the _metadata file, so this mod wil load after Customisable AI
- I add the bland vanilla AI in your mod to replace the now unused ApexAIold, AvianAIold, HorseAIold, etc; so Customisable AI can load that vanilla AI as an alternative option
So if anyone else is like me, or Eklei wants to update this mod for compatibility, I have made the compatibility edit.

(no worries it's Mediafire link, Steam censors MF links so I have to shorten it)
Put that to your Starbound mods folder, all done! :)
To all:
Yes, this still works with 1.1, 1.2.2, and 1.3. This is just an image replacement mod so it will not broke unless Starbound update changes the folder structure. I still use it to this day.
.
Nice work.
@Ekei I like this mod and I prefer it over the original racial restorer. I never even knew I needed it until you showed me the colours didn't match the teleportation colours. Now I can't unsee it and it irritates me so... thank you for that you jerk!
Seriously though the there is a nicer variety of colours now. They seem more unique to each race while staying uniform to the teleportation animation. Much nicer than before in my opinion.
