Well, CUP guys have made a overhaul to Abrams tanks(A1,A2,SEPV3,etc), with new models, new systems, new textures, even with fully modelled interiors(just like Burnes Armories - M1A1 AIM and M1A2 Abrams)

Old CUP M1s are hidden, but still there for compatibility for old missions(in this case, your Heavy Metal - OFP Remake is last updated in 2016).

This mission is out for a few years, but still very good!

can't repair the tank

I can't get the mission to work for me, it crashes upon starting up.

hello, i can't repair the tank; i park near the repair truck, but nothing happens... i play with the ACE3 mod active, maybe it is not compatible with your mission, right?

the ai tanks are fliping over too much can you fix this?

@Scarlet_Light Ah, Actually I think after a recent update the ERA on the skirts of the M1A2 make it incredibly unstable and prone to rolling. It's why I chose the M1A1 in "Tank Rally".

Guess I forgot about it in these missions.

@death rage I'd say that's just you, I've no issues with the tanks at all.

the mission was great and all but for some reason the cup version of the m1 seem to only have the coaxiel mg installed and have no rounds for the main gun.
at first i thought it was some sort of glich in the mission until i went to arsenal and it showed there as well that the cup version only has coaxial guns but its as if there's no main gun to switch to

just wondered if anyone noticed something like that or is it just me

@~For esy That's supposed to happen... Read the breifing. You're supposed to go repair and refuel your tank and pick up your crew at the small base.

And yeah trying to make that mission work with the tank AI... Hell of a job :/

And you weren't kidding about the tank ai. I think everon needs a strong tree planting campaign asap now that my driver has had his way.

Nice mission. But please don't force me to kill every single last soldier in that village. There's always one guy hiding out somewhere preventing me from completing the mission.

I agree "tank AI has degraded since Operation Flashpoint"
And why dont they take (buy) back original name, its more than half of the game.
Arma is great but even greater as good old OP flashpoint...FOREVER!!!!!

@lentpjove The mission will end but only when all enemy units in the town are dead. You've just gotta make sure there aren't infantry hiding in the grass or in buildings. Also wait for your freindly APC's and Infantry to enter the town and they should fully clear it out.

Not bad but the mission doesn't end for me for some reason. Didin't have this problem with the other remakes.
