The submachine gun still looks very cut down and basic, much like the model seen in Deus Ex: Human Revolution. Tat was where I made my assumptions.
You need to make sure your friends also have the mod when they join your game. Also, if you join someone else's game when you have the mod, and they don't have the mod, they'll turn into green cubes.

Actually I never played that series, nor really got into it (except I saw the new, real-life prosthesis stuff they've got a hand in! And that's a pun!). I referenced some guns such as the FAMAS, the G36, and the XM8, and added what I liked onto em.
That wouldn't be a bad series to reference though, along with concept art done for the Shadowrun games. I tend to prefer more conventional aesthetics, though, like with the Pathfinder Rifle's resemblance to the M16.
That isn't a bad thing, per say - Knowing their origin makes them feel a little out of place, though.
I was thinkin the same thing about the size. I might tweak it.
