Exactly. They are used as stabilizing gyro and vertical stabilizer.
I made it this way so that it's easy to fly and it can hovers like a solid rock in the sky.
Hope you can have the relaxing fun that a real rotor lifting helicopter won't give you.

the heli is crap it just uses the flying blocks it doesnt need the rotor or the tail to fly
