Everything else seems to work during Species creation, as far as I can tell. If this not a bug or concern, feel free to delete my comment.
Thanks for the mod, have a great day. :)
1. Some letters are not supported by Stellaris, such as "ǿ" or "đ" which results in a "%" or some other symbol in game.
2. The names themselves, while bearing many belonging to the Northern Tongue of the Viking Age (which is what I assume this is going for judging by the Raven Banner), are also inconsistent, many are later Anglicisations or belong to later or earlier Scandinavian languages like Modern Norwegian and Proto-Norse/Proto-Germanic, which are unfitting for a "Viking Norsemen" name list.
Apart from that, it's a valiant effort, certainly the best Norse namelist on the workshop.

What has been discussed in the link you posted still seems to be correct; Name lists deactiviate achievements. Quote from your link: "The game only ever displays the official checksum. It doesn't display the computed one like every other paradox game. Anything that goes in the 'common' folder will change the checksum. Name lists are one of those things."
Surprisingly, the game does not tell you if achievements are disabled! The method below is the only easy way if found:
1) Select a mod you want to test in the starting menu
2) Start the game and open Multiplayer
3) Check "same version" and uncheck "same mod"
If there is no game displayed in your list, the checksum is considered to have been modified (=> achievements are disabled). In the above test case, I see other games when not running any, or just the music mods enabled. With your mod, I no longer see any games.

However, I would like to bring to the authors and everyone else attention that this mod unfortunatetly disables Ironman achievements in the current version (1.6.2).
