I really like this i dont like the reactive world it changes too much for my own good but i also wanted a cannibal extended mod. This makes the cannibal plains so much more interessting.

As the comments shortly before you own say, use Reactive World instead. It covers what this covered and then some. So there is no need to keep this up to date.

No, hence the "outdated" in the name. And I have no plans to update it, as my Reactive World mod currenlty contains everything this mod had and more.

Now that this mod has been essentially incorporated into Reactive World (along with a number of issues fixed,), I simply don't have the time to keep two mods that essentially do the same thing updated. So I doubt this one will be receiving any updates anymore.

Feel free to keep using it if you want, but i can't guarantee it will work correctly.

My plans for the cannibals in Reactive World were actually to implement these factions as an effect of killing the Grand Wizard. They lose their leader and suddenly splinter into the warring tribes. Need to wait for the town override system though, to replace the villages.

Be sure and report any issues here if you happen to find any. But I wouldn't expect them, experimental didn't really change cannibals as far as I know.

I think so, haven't heard any reports of issues from it. Haven't been using it myself though as it's not compatible with Reactive World, which is one of my main projects right now.

It seems to be working fine on my end, and I just updated it for the current experimental build a couple days ago. Definitely sounds like a conflict to me, though I'm not sure what would have that effect. :/

Just pushed out an update adding in the new raids to the tribes. I've toned down the chances of each raid, as there are several factions capable of triggering them separately. While it didn't happen in my test game, it's entirely possible two tribes will assault your base at the same time, ending up in a 3-way war.

Keep in mind, these are kind of a new and experimental feature right now. Don't even know if they're working correctly in vanilla. And while I never encountered any major issues, I could have easily missed something. So be sure to report anything you think might be a bug and I can check it out. :)

Compatibility patch for Hatsune's mod is now up. No major conflicts, but the squad numbers were pretty far off compared ot her mod. So I changed them. Also buffed the skills of the Grand Wizard's Horde to levels even higher than her mod. :)

Haven't had any issues I'm aware of yet (touch wood).The CannonBalls retained their stat boosts from Hatsunes mod and that's what I most wanted to keep from SGC.

Any changes to the Cannibal characters themselves should be compatible, as I use the vanilla characters. Squad sizes will be the vanilla ones though, since I had to make my own.

I wouldn't expect many issues. The FCS, while fairly restrictive in some regards, is pretty tolerant of multiple mods altering the same entries. As long as two mods don't touch the exact same values, there are generally no issues.

I could easily give it a look tomorrow and whip up a compatibility patch though. Like I did with AWP. :)

Not that I know of specifically. But I'm sure there are some that have conflicts.

Shidan are there any known mods that might conflict with the cannibles ability to throw people into cages. for some reason [after re arranging mods] they are no longer throwing peeps in cages trying to figureout what i did.

0.94.0 seems to have really screwed this mod up. I'll look into a fix in the coming days, but for now I'd suggest turning it off.

Yeah im the one who ran into it. it happens around the fishermans village and abandoned village all the way west two the purple sands area but not in foglands and west central coast. it seems to only be in the cannible lands.

Looks like there might be a crash related to the mod, if you set up a base near the cannibal plains.

The devs say whatever is causing it should be fixed in the next patch though. Just thought I'd give you guys a heads up. :)

Shidan, I saw in your mod thread that your new cannibal races aren't editable? Do you know how to make a race limits file? If you do, you can attach it to your races and put them in a new race group, or as a subrace of human, and then they would be editable.

Of course I don't know how to make one. If it were me I would just make a copy of the cannibal one and tweak the copy, but that would be to avoid my bad race-limits-file-making.

A shame. I like Fogmen. I modded them into a playable race and added them to the races that hireables that appear in bars can be. Also made a game start where I'm a group of fogmen with clubs and no armor or money. Just a regular group of fogmen.

@titanopteryx - No it doesn't affect them. Though they are technically cannibals, I wouldn't consider them part of a "tribe" or anything. There is actually lore about them available in-game currently, and it wouldn't make sense to separate them into factions or anything. And they're already hostile to everyone else anyway.

Does your mod affect fogmen? Aren't they hive cannibals? Or am I wrong about that?
