Already on it! Might take a while, though Spy is already done!
Although I didn't know these cosmetics had the issues? They appear to be fully functional by default for me.

Steam\steamapps\common\SourceFilmmaker\game\workshop\materials\models\workshop\player\items
This filepath will have the majority of VTF files this addon has. Keep in mind these are only textures and not actual models. These textures apply models you should already have.

This doesn't seem to work for me either.

I have Workshop above TF in the SDK, but still get black unpaintables for all these cosmetics.
Redownloading didn't do much either.

As odd as that is, I downloaded my own addon myself to check and the files themselves to which they were normal and not having such a problem. Hence why I suggested redownloading this addon. If need be, I am willing to send the files directly to you if you so wish.

No, I mean when I opened the file titled "dec2014_the_puffy_provocateur_blue_color.vtf", it showed a texture for the pocket momma. The file LOCATION isn't the problem I was addressing but rather the file ITSELF.

I checked it on my end and the files downloaded into the proper locations under Workshop and display properly.
I suggest redownloading, and if the problem persists, then to relocate the files to their respective location under Usermod (If you wish to not have to bother with these files later) and then switch the file names of the VTF files that seem to be flipped with each other.

Hmm... it looks like you mixed up the blue puffy provocateur material with that of the blue pocket momma. You might want to check that out and get it fixed on your end.

Yes, although I keep TF_Movies at the top since those are the HWM models which could possibly have textures overrode. I found that out when doing a poster for a friend and the HWM spy's hands were not the right texture apparently. Pretty sure it was because of the Frontline gore pack. Lol.

I order it from top to bottom, TF_Movies, Workshop, then TF.

So i take the workshop thing ther and just drag it over tf or and tf movies?

Aight, my fiirst guess is that you haven't altered the search paths to have Workshop over TF.

So, to fix this you have to launch SFM, but that first menu that asks whether you want to "Launch Source Filmmaker" or "Launch SDK", you select SDK.
Then you're given a menu full of options. We don't care about them except "Edit Search Path For Selected Mod" at the bottom of that menu. Then you will get a checklist with a few options for TF, TF_Movies, and Workshop.
All you have to do is click, drag, and drop Workshop so it's above TF, fixing your problem.

Generally I have it ordered from top to bottom, TF_Movies, Workshop, then TF.
